Holding our beef to a higher standard.

True steakhouse cuts of beef should be held to a higher standard. Our beef is all Midwestern-raised, corn-fed, USDA Prime Angus. Naturally aged for 40 days and nights. All cuts are hand-selected and trimmed to our exacting specifications by our 3rd generation butcher.

 

Heritage bred chicken and pork

Our chicken and pork are raised humanely on small farms. Given more time to mature, the meat is significantly more tender and flavorful — without the need for hormones or antibiotics. One bite, and we swear it’ll take a couple of days to wipe the silly grin off your face.

We offer a focused selection of small batch, handcrafted vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon, rum, and scotch. Micro-brewed beers and small production wines from family-owned wineries. We prepare our cocktails using artisan methods like macerations, infusions, and inductions. Our cocktails are so carefully balanced, that you’ll consider them one of life’s great pleasures.
